Digital Marketing Executive (Full-time)


Job Description:

Full-time (5 days per week), Hybrid (in-office and remote)
HK$25,000 - HK$36,000 per month (1 Year Contract)


You will be responsible for developing content marketing strategies and supporting the production team in producing purposeful content. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create and execute marketing programs and collaborate with team members to bring content ideas to life. Your role will involve proposing ideas and concepts that drive social media engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating content calendars, executing digital marketing campaigns, and developing ideas for digital campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:


As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be crucial in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility and increase brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for client management.

  • Develop marketing campaigns that reflect the brands and products.

  • Manage projects and campaigns based on client requirements, helping them achieve their KPIs and goals.

  • Collaborate with brand marketers and local vendors to continuously achieve digital marketing success.

  • Propose creative ideas for integrated digital marketing campaigns to develop strategies and attract clients.

  • Focus on creative duties, including campaign idea creation, social media management, and video production.

  • Generate visually appealing and attention-grabbing content ideas (including visuals and short social media clips) with bilingual copywriting,

    (in Chinese and English) for publishing across various social media platforms.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and viral topics.

  • Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded.

  • Analyze information on market trends, business, and competitive activities for marketing reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of industry experience with a proven track record of driving engagement through Social Media Marketing Strategies.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and platforms.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Little Red Book, DouYin/TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush Business, Social Media Management Tools).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Chinese markets and cultural nuances is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
